Intended for users 18 and older
Other than our Patient Online Services, the Site is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. This Site is not directed for use by children under the age of 18. Users under the age of 18 should get the assistance of a parent or guardian to use this Site.
Our Patient Online Services is available to patients 18 years of age and older. It is also available to patients who are between the ages of 13 years old and 17 years old with the permission of their parents or legal guardians.
Acceptable use

User-Generated Content, Reviews, Feedback, and other Postings to the Site
If you submit, upload, or post any comments, ideas, suggestions, information, files, videos, images, or other materials to us or our Site (“User-Generated Content“), you agree not to provide any User-Generated Content that (1) is defamatory, abusive, libelous, unlawful, obscene, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, pornographic, or harmful, or that could encourage criminal or unethical behavior, (2) violates or infringes the privacy, copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secrets, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, or (3) contains or transmits a virus or any other harmful component. Errors on SAGEBRUSH HEALTH Site
Content, prices, and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.
